Quickbooks and Quicken Payroll

I have downloaded the latest trial versions of Quickbooks, Quicken payroll and various other packages to if I can export data in a csv file format. As being a new user I wonder if this format can be produced, please find attached a copy of the format that I am trying to produce.

As far a s I know the only Intuit Application what works (imports/exports) with QB and uses .csv format is QB Customer/Client Manager. But I may be wrong about that.
