HAS ONE OF YOU FIGURED OUT A WAY TO PRINT THE ENTIRE ESTIMATE FORM AS IT APPEARS, INCLUDING THE COST INFORMATION FOR INTERNAL USE? EVERY TIME I HAVE ATTEMPTED IT , QB WILL NOT INCLUDE THE COGS PORTION. MY SALES PEOPLE NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE THAT INFORMATION FOR FUTURE ORDERS, AND RESEARCH, AS WELL AS FIGURING THEIR GROSS PROFIT ON THE JOB.

Go to Lists, Templates, click on the template form that you use for your Estimates, choose Template, Edit, go to the Columns tab and choose which columns you wish to print.
Please remember that if you do not wish to have your customers see cost information, you will need to change this back when you send the Estimate to them.
