QB toolbar

Frequently the tool bar in my QB for Mac 2012 moves and shrinks itself to some obscure place on my large monitor.

Is there a way to lock the tool bar into a preferred location on the monitor?

Or in the alternative to prevent it from moving and shrinking itself?

Hello SkinnyRaven - yes that is a given without a doubt as I am using an iMac 27" monitor with 2560 x1440 resolution. Thank you for the suggestion regardless.
