I am a novice on import/export and I need a SPECIFIC FORMAT EXAMPLE.
I input credit card transactions via ICVerify and then have to reinput the information manually as sales into QB ( I have QB Pro 2001)

I need a specific example of how to format an import file that will fill in the following on the QB sales form:
date, item sold, item description, salesperson's code, payment method. I don't require customer information or tax information.

Each Transaction can have 1 to 15 items per sale. And each import file can have many separate sales transactions Thanks, Tonestar... mtcbiz@pacbell.net

importing payment

try following them

Although it is quite complex, but it is not very difficult, if you have programmer friends, try to consult them

I import cash sales, cheque payment, general ledger, transfer everyday, it works fantastic.

It speeds up my job at least 50 times, I just do half day job everyday(my boss don't know).
