I am having a problem using Quickbooks pro with multiple printers. Here is the situation. We have a small network of 4 pc's and we have seperate printers for reports (laser), checks (dot matrix), and invoices (a second dot matrix). We can set up a printer for each application within quickbooks, however if we log off of QB or restart the computer, it defaults back to the laser for all print applications. This forces us to reset and re-align the check printer for each check run. I can't imagine that the software is not designed for multiple printers, so there must be something I am missing. Got any wisdom? Please share it with me!!!!

I have mine setup almost the same way. It works fine for me. I use the laser for reports and invoices and a dot matrix for checks. What type of network do you have? It may be the way your systems have the printers setup.
If you can also tell me what OS you are using for the QB machine.
