I am using QB Premier. My client sent me an accts copy, I did the work. I reconciled. All is done. I sent it back. The next month comes and all the transactions are there and cleared but when I go into bank rec, it is showing the last rec was done 2 months prior. It is like the transactions were updated but not the rec (which doesn't make sense to me). It is only for the Credit Card Accounts. Does anyone know what might have happened???? And how can it be fixed???
