Okay, I know this doesn't make much sense, but it's true!! :)

I have two systems here I just upgraded this weekend to WinXP Pro.

My main system has:

P4 1.7GHz
1GB DDR RAM
ATI AIW 8500DV (64MB, AGP) running my 21" Trinitron monitor
ATI Xpert98 (8MB, PCI) running my 15" NEC MultiSync LCD1550V plat panel monitor
Microsoft OfficeXP Professional
Windows XP Professional
Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro

My secondary system has:

AMD Duron 1.00GHx
256MB DDR Ram
Nvidia video card (32MB, AGP) running my 19" ACER 99sl monitor
Microsoft Office XP Small Business Edition
Windows XP Professional
Standard Keyboard

There is nothing really different between the two since I am just setting up the systems this weekend after upgrading to the Full version of XP on both. (formatted first)

I have a copy of QuickBooks 2002 Pro accounting software that was being used on my main system (same set-up, except WindowsME) before yesterday when I formatted.

Today, I tried installing it on my main system. Won't work. QB2002 installs, but when you go to launch the program, it just flashes the window on the screen and then disappears. Nothing else....

Out of curiosity, I tried on my secondary system. WORKS??? :( No problems at all.

Only difference between the two really is the video drivers and keyboards??

I figured that since it works on my secondary system, the problem has to be with the video card drivers and the QB2002 software?

Any ideas? I am really stuck and I need to run the QB software on my main computer.
