I tried to create a work order using the template that sales sales order... very confusing... Anyway after opening it and using it, when I try to back up I receive an error message that says:
Problem: Sales order or estimates may be incorrectly marked as closed of dispaly incorrect invoice quantities......
What does this mean and how do I get it to quit coming up when I'm trying to complete a back up?
It asked me to rebuild.... I click on it and it finishes the back up, I think??? and then the next day the same thing happens again.
Could someone please help me with this problem. I have now quit using the work order template due to other issues as well.
