I want a report that has contract price, cogs, and labor that shows what my gross margin % is. Can this report be generated without creating and entering all of the info? I simply want to know after all is said and done how much profit did I make on each specific job. Thank you to any and all that can help.

You can't get a report without entering the necessary data.

When you enter your data (income and expense transactions), be sure to put the customer:job name on every line.

Also, you can enter adjusting entries to post costs to jobs. This is helpful when you want to allocate fully-burdened labor (or machine) costs to a job.
