I am new to this forum and am a church treasurer, who is being asked to take over from an expensive CPA. Is there a church version of QB?

Our donor group is about 250, and of course, we want to maintain proper records and provide repors on schedule. Anybody else doing this with QB?

There is a non-profit premier version of QuickBooks that would work for you. It has the correct chart of accounts for a non profit entity and specialized reporting designed for non profits. It even includes a statement of functional expenses report (990 report).

If I were going to use QuickBooks for a Church it would be the Premier non-profit edition.
