:)How do I close or lock a month of operation so that no user can access previous months and enter transactions and/or adjustments for the previous month except me, THE ADMIN. This is very important because ONCE I've prepared and submitted the monthly FS, nobody can touch or alter the month-end balances. It happened one time when I finalized the Bank Reconciliation statement and then after few days, the cash in bank has a different figure that what was reported. Thanks for the reply folks.
