View Full Version : Progress Invoice not removing estimate
We are using Enterprise / Contractor Ver 10, and I assumed that when using Progress Invoice and the total has been invoiced, that the estimate would be closed ( at least set to inactive). Is this not true? I read an earlier thread that indicated that this had worked in pro... we are trying to eliminate manually deleting old estimates. Any suggestions?

QB Premier Contractor 2010 does not do this and I doubt that Pro do either. I would not recommend deleting old Estimates as they are the basis for checking the accuracy of your Estimates. You can use the Progress Invoice vs. Estimates Report to see which Estimates have been fully Invoiced. Yes, you have to manually make Estimates inactive.
