Chart of Accounts

If you are a non-profit organization, does is make sense to set up your chart of accounts to match the lines required on the 990 EZ? I'm looking for a way to avoid having to hand calculate the amounts for the 990 myself when it comes time to complete the 990. Any suggestions?

You can name the accounts as they show on Form 99 or use the account names that make sense to you and assign the tax line to the account so you can run the Tax Prep report.
