Hello.

I'm Al Buchholz owner of Bookwood Systems, LTD

Originally a high school math and computer teacher, I went into the business world and worked for a variety of companies.

After learning about business from Burroughs (now part of Unisys), I manage IT for TSR - makers of Dungeons and Dragons. That was quite a ride.

Then I started my own consulting business and worked with tools from Cognos. I've also had the pleasure of working with companies all around the world with software from QB to SAP and Oracle apps. I've seen the small side of the world and the huge side of the world.

I needed an internal accounting tool, so I developed my own and then played with QB and decided that I didn't need to reinvent the world.

So after looking around I found that integrating QB with Alpha 5 via QODBC was just the ticket I needed..

This allows us to extend QB into the rest of the world and develop systems that enhance it's reporting and operational capability.

QReportBuilder is end user report writing tool based on those tools.
