Deposit in Payment Queue but deposited in error

I made a deposit in advance, anticipating payment, then received a different amount when the actual payment came in. Now the payments in the payment queue waiting to be deposited, but I can't change the amount. What should i do?

You have to delete the deposit first, this well put the deposit back into un-deposited funds. At this point you will be able to edit the amount and redeposit it.
