p14/60s

Hi - newbie here.
I'm looking to do p14/60s for the end of year returns straight from qb2002 -
I can do p11s, review and print off p60s but cant seem to print off p14s showing ssp.
I'm hoping things will fall into place at the end of the financial
year
any advice?

The P60/P14 form is the same one, apart from the P60 has a few boxes blanked out (SSP for one).
The print routine is the same for both.
Get the forms from the Inland Revenue Order Line (don't let anyone sell them to you!).
Load P14's in your laser printer run the routine for printing (having reviewed them all first, of course)
Then load the P60's and run again. P60's to employees, and P14's in the post to the Tax Terrorists. Easy.
Of course, although you can get the forms and do preliminary testing, the actual job can't be done until after the Tax Year end, and you'll need to do some print alignment checks before running for all your employees. Also check that your Tax Office/Reference Details are correct (Edit/Preferences/Payroll)
Worked really well for me last year.

thnx - i've ordered the forms from IR and will try a few test runs - it's gotta be better than doing them by hand which is what I did last year.
