quicken 2002 conversion to qb2001

can quicken 2002 data be converted to quickbooks 2001. If so, how is it accomplished? I keep getting an error.

Only upgrading no downgrades.. It can only be accomplished via backups (If you still have 'em)

Do not convert Quicken data to QuickBooks - you need to re-enter the balances into QuickBooks or else you will have a horrible data file. Although it is possible to do, it really doesn't work all that well.
