Paypal **overflow ** problem [Archive]

First Im very not well versed in Quickbooks.:(
I'm trying to dowdload my Paypal 2009 transactions for my small business but keep getting bizzare dates imported into QB Pro 2007. I also get a strange *overflow* error in payment and deposit fields. Bascially the Paypal download of my info is useless and I need help!
Im downloading the QB file as provided by Paypal. Quicken file didnt work either.

Please help???

First thing I would do is run a Verify & Rebuild on the file to make sure it's not corrupted.

Second, the PayPal to QB's import is pretty yucky (that's a technical term :-) ... I would recommend using a 3rd party tool for a better interface. Take a look at www.bigredconsulting.com if there are not a lot of transactions per month (it's an Excel add-in). Or if there is a lot of activity - I would recommend the Simpleport service (http://www.simpleport.net/osc/) ... it does a great job.
