We have upgraded to QB 2010 Premier from 2006 Premiere. I have the data file on my computer and 2 other users can log in from their computers on the network.
I have been using the new version for two weeks without a problem. Today I was the only one on at lunch and went to switch to single user to do my daily adjustments.
It came up with the following error:
"You are still in multi-user mode because another user has just started using this company file in multi-user mode. You can try switching to single-user mode again after asking them to close the company file."
As that message came up an alert came up saying "Nat" is logging on. I am Nat and was already logged on as Nat. As soon as I answered the error message with the only option, it said that "Nat" was logging off.
I've tried going out & into Quickbooks then restarting the computer to no avail.
