Hi,
We are a tiny garden cub that just got our 501(c)7. I have been the treasurer for 2 years and have the books running on my own QB Pro (I do books for another small for profit as well as my own finances). A new treasurer is coming in and she does not have QB although she knows how to use it. So, we/she need to purchase some version or another and I have 2 questions:
1) Do we really need the Premier Non-Profit? We fundraise with plants and garden related crafts and the cash just goes into the separate fundraising income categories. We are limited to our town and have only bank account. We don't run a payroll, pay rent or have any other assets other than our cash in the bank.
2) Can I purchase a version of QB and register it to the garden club so that it can move from treasurer to treasurer? Not sure how that works.
