I have QBP2000. I need to do my clients year end payroll processing but I can't use any payroll functions because I have a download that needs installed.
When I accept the download, I get an error that says "qbpatch has caused an error. KERNAL32.DLL." and then closes.
Help! I can't do anything with payroll and am in a real bind!
I'm running Windows ME and have downloaded other updates with no problem.
