W-2 alignment problem

This has been an ongoing problem for me for years. Using version 6.0. When I get the first W-2 on the page aligned, the second one on the page is down one line too far. I have used HP printer, Panasonic (2 different ones) and a Brother MFC..... always the same problem. The QuickBooks alignment feature does not allow me to move the lower form only the whole page. I have purchased forms from multiple companies all guarateed to work with QuickBooks, but not one has ever worked.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Unfortuantely this is one Intuit has never completely corrected. And due to the retirement of your version, they never will.

Application of all the QB release patches and new print drivers helped a few of my clients, we just aligned so it would be a little higher on the first W2 to accommodate the "invisible" extra line.

Due to the age of your software, you might really consider upgrading. Versions 2002 & 2003 allow you to print submittable W2s on plain paper! And you can get tech support from Intuit.

There are some excellent deals on 2002 if you can still find a vendor that has any left.
