How do I change default email to Outlook?

Hello everyone, I am using an associates Quickbooks Enterprise in an effort to update his records... However, I need to change this default email from the quickbooks email service to Outlook.

I just can't seem to find where it gives me the option, there are various additional attachments I need to add when sending receipts via email...
