printing and uncleared entries

There are entries that I clear in Quickbooks Pro 2001 and I look later and they have uncleared themselves. This sometimes messes up my balance so I find myself off by like $350. Also whenever I have QuickBooks open and I try to print something else totally unrelated to what I am doing in QuickBooks I can't print unless I close QuickBooks all the way. What should I do? I have to have all this done by the end of the year.

when trying to print something else while QB is open sounds like a resource or prinre spooling problem. Make sure you have lateset drivers for printer and make sure not to have to many programs open unless you have lots of RAM and processor power.

As far as uncleared items I am guessing but sounds like you may not have hit save and record.
