Hello! I am sysadmin of a small company (30+) and my QuickBooks users number 4. I do not use the software myself so bare with me. My users are reporting that any reports they try and view show a zero balance. Luckily they have already closed out the month of November so they are not going to kill me just yet if I don't figure out how to correct the problem. Could anyone offer me any suggestions or point me in the right direction? If more information is needed I will do my best to attain it. Thank you so very much in advance for any help you may be able to give!
Kind Regards,
Dan

I verified data, found it to be corrupt. I rebuilt the company file. AP seems to be the only thing that is not functioning correctly. When I get more information on this issue, I will post it and ask if anyone knows how to fix THAT. LOL :)

If it is the Balance Sheet report they are running, check and see if it is in Cash Basis. Have them run it in Accural mode.
