blocking accounts

Is there a way to block or prevent certain accounts from being used by a non administrative user in a multiuser environment? The account needs to be active, however I would like to prevent others from posting to this account.

There's a neat trick for doing this - go to www.cpa911.com and click the link to the QuickBooks Tips section. Then look for the article named Using Hidden Accounts. It should do the trick.
