1099 Vendor/employees

Can somebody please help me.

For a construction company, if I set the workers as employees, how can I make a 1099 report for them to do their taxes.
Or should I set them as vendors elegible for 1099.


Any input will be appreciated.

1099 are normally filled out for Vendors, You can set employees up as vendors and they would be like independant contractors and could use the 1099 to do there taxes.
Or if you have been paying them with QB payroll service just print them a W-2.
