We are a non-profit organization (church). We do have a bookstore, but the sales are non taxable. How long should we keep the paper documents (sales receipts, invoices, and so on)? Is that correct that by law we are supposed to keep documents related to taxes for 3 years)? We plan to keep the printed documents for 1 year, and longer for the litigious cases.
