I'm currently using Quickbooks Pro 2002. I would like to save to a CD rather than 3.5 floppy. Saving to a CD is more work than worth. Will an upgrade solve my problem. Would you suggest upgrade to non-profit for a Church?

2002 to 2007 is a nice upgrade, lots of great new features and enhancements.
You can save to anything you want ... CD, thumb drive, zip, external, off-site, etc.
The non-profit is probably your best choice.

Don't upgrade to the Premier Nonprofit, upgrade to a current version of Pro. The Premier Nonprofit costs a lot more but for nonprofit use it has only a few memorized reports (that you could build easily in Pro).

However with 2007 most of the enhanced features are in Premier anyway, not Pro. Check the Intuit website and see if you will use the various features. I've found that most of my clients have been happier with Premier.
