Fixed Asset Help Please

Hello,
I need to now how to enter in a fixed asset with multiple quantity. I buy shelving piece by piece (100xdrawers and 50xframes). They charge per drawer and per frame. How do I change the qty on a fixed asset so it totals the amount of the asset or do i have to enter in each drawer separately ? Thanks :confused:

I'm assuming this is shelving for you to store your inventory? If so it doesn't matter how much each part costs - just enter the total as your asset and use the memo section for your details.

do I also enter in the parts in "non-inventory". Thank you for the help
