I would like to print donor receipts (thank yous) for donors but want to print in blocks of donors meaning, print thank you every Friday and have them print for those donors that haven't gotten a thank you yet? How can I do that?

QuickBooks does't even have a receipt for a payment, let alone a thankyou letter. The only way I could see you could do this (without getting a lot of programming done) would be to produce a report showing the people who have donated this week (eg if using sales receipts, a report of all Sales Receipts for the week) - and use this as part of a mail-merge into a Word document. There are various ways to do this - save as text file, take into Excel etc. and may require a bit of VBA skill, but it is probably achievable.
