How do you print a statement with Pro that has a 0 balance. Have customers that are not charged but do need a statement.

On the Create statement screen there is an option to "Do not create statements for" then check boxes. Uncheck the one for zero balances and the one for "less than ..."

When I do the statement it automatically shows as paid when I have a 0 charge so it won't let me print. Any suggestions?

It sounds like they do not have any transactions for the selected perios. Try changeing the dates to include their last transactions. You may have to run a customer Quick Report for this year to locate them.
