Duplicate Company

I am tech support and a user has a problem of having two companies with the same name. She wants to delete one of them but Quickbooks will not allow it.

She is using Quickbooks Pro 2002.
She restored the file from another (home computer) into the company computer and thus two companies with the same name exist on the company computer.

How can the restored file be deleted on the company computer??

Open quickbooks, close company so that no company is open. Then go to open company under file, find the one that they want to delete, right click on company. A drop down menu should come up with delete as an option, delete and it should then delete. Good luck
