Can someone help me out? I can not print anything, not checks,
reports purchase orders etc. I know how & when the problem started. I added a new printer to my computer. I mistakenly clicked print while the selected printer was still listed as my old one even though it was no longer connected. After that when I changed the setting to my new printer nothing happens. I click print, the program runs through all the steps as if it was printing but nothing happens. I cleared all print jobs from all available printers. I even deleted the driver for the old printer. I shut the program, rebooted my computer & still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas? Oh, I use Windows XP (which I hate), but I do not think that it is a Windows problem since I can print anywhere outside of Quickbooks. I run Quickbooks Pro 99.
