Quickbooks 2002 Pro and Premiere

I just received the Accountants Premiere 2002! Looks like a lot of changes that I've wanted. However, I am not perfectly clear. Can I import and export to Quickbooks Pro 2002? Or just Premiere? Can I network with Quickbooks Pro 2002 or just Premiere?

I spoke with Intuit about this yesterday. They said Pro and Premier can access the same file concurrently.
