Email suppliers.

I would like to be able to email suppliers a remittance advice - I pay most suppliers by BACS and an "email remittance advice" makes sense.

Yes, it would be useful. Older versions of QB had a Remittance Note feature but it wasn't very good.

One way of doing something similar to a Remittance Note involves installing one of the free PDF print utilities (eg CutePDF).

Once you have done that you can record the Supplier payment as normal and then create a Supplier Balance Detail report filtered by Supplier and with a recent date range showing.

Then print the filtered report to CutePDF and you'll have an emailable report showing the recent transactions including your payment.

Not exactly a Remittance Note though......
