suppressing zero balance/inactive accounts

Is there a way to suppress inactive accounts and zero balance accounts from a balance sheet report?

Click: Modify Report/Fonts & Numbers
Check: Except Zero Amounts

I had this same problem, and Steve, your fix worked for the Standard Balance Sheet, thank you, but how do you fix it on the Balance Sheet Detail report? The "Except Zero Amounts" option wasn't listed.
