I can't believe how many glitches this program has! It' almost pathetic. I've entered a bill for a US client using the USD payable account (vendor is listed as US vendor). When I go to pay the bill from our US account the program shows the amount in $CDN. This only happens once in awhile. That means I have to go through every cheque I've written every other week or so. If I can't rely on the system what good is the program. Where else can I talk to quickbook technicians. Everywhere I've looked they want me to pay money (ya, their dreaming)- I want to talk to someone to get rid of these glitches and then, if they are connected to Quickbooks, I want to charge them my own fee!

I agree with you. My glitch is when I an entering time sheets, QuickBooks comes up with a message that someone has changed my sheet (I'm the only one with access to time data) and will delete half of the time sheet. If that isn't bad enough, the data that is left is merged into jobs that it doesn't belong to. Last week it took me almost four hours per employee (I have 9) to fill each time sheet. I contacted tech support (I'm on the plan) almost every day for about two weeks. Yesterday the new news was that my issues may be from the release 4p and 5p couldn't fix it. Tech support isn't very helpful on most occasions.
