I use Windows XP operating system and have 2005 Quickbooks non-profit software on my PC. I am able to print from my PC to each of four printers on my network using MS Word or MS Excel. However, when I try to print from QB, nothing prints. When I try the "Printer Setup" button I get no response??????

As no one else seems to have ideas I'll chuck in my thoughts.

I think that quickbooks is not detecting any printers but as you can print with other programs it suggests that Quickbooks is at fault. A reinstall is the only thing that comes to mind.

It may be there's a conflict if you have a single user version on a network but that's a longshot.

Make a backup of your data. Copy the QBW file(s) to another directory for safety and do a clean reinstall - uninstall and manually delete anything left in the program directory. If that doesn't work I think you need to talk to Intuit tech.

Also try printing from Notepad. If is cannot print then wibdows has problems with how the printers are installed.
