QBX to QBA error

Trying to bring over a QBX file to a QBA in the accountants copy I get the following error message in 2006 pro
"Error in reload.sql at line 19769. Sybase message:I/O error Fatal error:Unknown device error--transaction rolled back."
Tried looking in the know knowledge base and serached for it in google. Came up with nothing

Do you have the latest R5 release for the 2006 version? There was some mention of a program fix in there. Is the client's file using the same 2006 version also?

I believe our version is updated.
The client has 2006, but haven't been able to get a hold of them to confirm what version it is
