QB Premier 2006 Manufacturing Edition

If any of you have time, could you please tell us the benefits over upgrading from the 2004 edition?

I ordered the upgrade. 2004 to 2006 Preimer Manufacturing.
I liked the multiple sales order on one invoice.
I liked the backordered quantity on the invoice.
I liked to be able to change an inventory part to an assembly.
No bill of materials.
I called Quickbooks to see if it had a bill of materials, or I just couldn't find it. I talked to a very nice person that read the help file to me and we still could not find it.
Thats about all that I can remember.
I sent it back for a refund.
That was not worth $422 for the upgrade.
