Quickbooks Update Service

We use Quickbooks Pro multipack with our data kept on a server. Not all of our PCs are connected to the internet.

Since we don't want to update any of the PCs I am looking for a way to disable the the prompt to install current updates when we exit the program.

Turning off the Automatic Update Option under the FILE, UPDATE QUICKBOOKS, menu has not solved the problem.

Rename the qbdagent2001.exe file this will disable the download of the update altogether.
