I have been trying to back up Quickbooks Pro 2005 for Mac and then email the backup to an accountant. I have followed the directions in the book and on the QB website. I called QB support and they were no help. Please help.
In my open company, I select backup to disk and save the backup in a file on the C drive of my imac. I then click backup to quickbooks for windows. I have sent the file to the accountant a few times and they can not open it. They have the same version on pc as I do on mac. Am I missing some little step or maybe a real big one?
