View Full Version : On Line Banking Problems

Hello:
I recently upgraded from QB Basic to QB Premier, Wholsale. When I try to pay my on line bills, I get a 202 error. I contacted QB support and they basicly told me "My problem". They wont support it. Has anyone had any problems with the on line banking feature. I am dead in the water until I get this resolved. It worked fine in the old version. Unfortunatly, I have converted all of my data to the new version and can't go back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to call them back....if you are paying for online bill paying via Intuit/QB's then they should assist you in this. If you are using a 3rd party service, that is different.

I figured it out. I was able to force delete the bills in the on line banking send window by highlighting the bill and then hitting ctrl delete. Then I was able to detect an error on one of my vendor account numbers. I still think the tech guy at QB could have saved me alot of time by just telling me this instead of saying the QB does not support the problem. Oh well. Hopefully everything will run flawless without any new prblems.
