Sharing data with Quickbooks

I run Quickbooks Pro and my client runs Quickbooks. If I edit her data, will she be able to see my entries in Quickbooks?

As long as you are not updating the data file you can access the files from any program. The different between QB pro vs. QB standard is just some enhanced features not data vise.
