Multi-User mode

I am not very familiar with multi-user mode. A client of mine has called me with problems. She is trying to log onto another pc in the office and it tells her that a different pc in the office has newer updates. She has gone into every pc and downloaded all available updates and is now told there are no more updates to download. She is still getting this message about the updates and cannot get on her second system. She is using the Pro edition (not sure which year). She has the same edition installed on every pc. Any suggestions?

If you press CTRL #1 on the LEFT side of the Keyboard, a screen will come up that says the Version and the Update Release # for that computer. Compare and see what they say. It would also be a good idea for you to find out which version she is on because there are no more updates for anything prior to the 2003 version. It is no longer supported and you have to manually download the last update from a special update web page.
