Customizing Printable Check Stub

Hi,
I am wondering if there is anyway to customize/add fields to the printable check stubs? I am using the three-part checks purchased from Intuit with QuickBooks Pro 2004, and I would like to have the "class" field show up on the check stub.

We are not really given many options to Edit the check printing. If you look in the Printer Setup under the Checks/Paychecks, you will find what is available.
