UK Forum on US site

While abling around the QB sites - which I sometimes do to keep in touch - I discovered that the American site has a forum for QB U.K.

Only 2 posts mind but there it is - with no link from the UK site to it.

Is QB U.K. run on a part time basis by the bloke from the fish and chip shop?

If you have never looked at the US site before it is worth an amble around every now and then it but it might depress you when compared with what we get official support wise here.

Intuit whilst spending megabucks on marketing don't I think give the UK support enough to buy even cod & chips. Staff seem to come & go & I think the UK is seen as a distant outpost.
There are signs of a new initiative judging from the Professional Advisors pack (poorly put together) I've just received but I think its just a precursor to a larger annual fee!
They'll have to wake up when the Microsoft Small Business package arrives but that seems at least a year away in the UK.
