Selection in "Write Mail" option

I find that the selection process in the "write mail" feature of QB is very limited. There are instances where I would like to select customers of a particular customer type and send a letter to just this group. A broader range of selections options would greatly enhance this feature.

Currently, it is necessary to select each customer on a one by one basis. This can be very time consuming especially if you have a large list of customers.

Also, it would be a nice option to allow a preselected group of customers be saved in a similiar manner to memorized transactions.

A change of this nature could make a "good" feature become a "great" and user-friendly feature.

That is an awesome suggestion! I agree, it would be a very nice enhancement...one of the reasons that feature isn't used by a lot of my clients is they find it a bit time-consuming for the reasons you have mentioned.
