When rebooting the Windows XP system, there is an error that the qbupdate failed. Then when trying to open Quickbooks Pro 2004, the error message pops up that QBW32.exe failed to initialize properly (0xC0000006), and we are unable to use Quickbooks. Would appreciate help in repairing this problem.
